The Heisei timeline: By RoguePred
1945-A Japanese garrison on Lagos Island discovers and is saved by a Godzillasaurus. He is shot down and is barely living...
1954-An H-Bomb test near Lagos spreads radiation and mutates the nearly dead dinosaur. He towers to an unbeleivable 60 meters tall and starts destroying ships. He comes ashore in Tokyo Bay and decimates Tokyo. He is later supposidley destroyed by a new weapon code named the 'Oxygen Destroyer'.
1984-Godzilla awakens from a 30 year hibernation 100 miles from the coast of Japan. He sinks a russian nuclear submarine and mutates further from the exposure to radiation and grows another 20 meters. He then proceeds to attack tokyo again and destroys most of the inner city. He is beckoned to Mount Mihara, a volcano, by the high frequency waves of a simulated sound of a flock of birds chirping. He is lured to the edge and then a controlled eruption is set off and Godzilla falls into the molten magma.
1989-A few Godzilla cells were collected after his attack on tokyo 5 years ago. Godzilla is accidentally released from the volcano by terrorists and he proceeds to swim away from Mount Mihara. A bio-engineered creature called Biollante has been created by crossing cells from a possesed rose with a couple Godzilla cells. Godzilla fights the rose form of biollante and wins. Godzilla attacks Osaka and is shot up with Anti-Nuclear Energy Bacteria and is lured to a trap and is hit with thousands of volts of lightning to raise his temperature. Godzilla then fights the second, uglier form of Biollante. Godzilla takes a beating and passes out from the ANEB and Biollante returns to the sky. Godzilla returns to the sea.
1991- Men from the future go back to 1945 and remove the dinosaur from Lagos. They place bio-engineered creatures called 'Dorats' there. They mutate into a hideous three headed creature called 'King Ghidorah' and is controlled by the futorians. He destroys many cities. Godzilla was placed by a sunk nuclear submarine and he mutates to around 90 meters. He grows another 10 meters when he sinks another nuclear submarine. Ghidorah and Godzilla face off and Ghidorah ends up falling into the Pacific ocean. The futorians are killed by Godzilla and Godzilla ends up attacking tokyo. The good futorian girl and android turn Ghidorah into Mecha-King Ghidorah. Godzilla is defeated and both monsters end up sinking into the ocean.
1992-A mothra egg is exposed by a storm on Infant Island. It is towed off the island and Godzilla ends up attacking the ship towing it. Battra wakes up and heads for the surface. Mothra hatches from the egg and godzilla attacks it. Mothra escapes when battra and Godzilla fight. Mothra makes a cocoon and turns into a beutiful moth. Godzilla and mothra duke it out untill Battra appears in his metamorphosized form. Mothra and Battra battle untill godzilla interveines. A three way battle ensues and Battra and mothra end up teaming up and attack Godzilla. Battra is killed by Godzilla while being flown to the ocean. Mothra dumps both bodies and flies away.
1993- Mecha-King Ghidorahs mechanical head is recovered by G-Force and studied. A flying machine code named Garuda is built. It was insuffcient in the battle to destroy godzilla so a towering Mechanical Godzilla is built. A terranidon named Radon (as called in the film) appears with a egg on a nuclear polluted island. The egg is recovered and Godzilla appears and battles Radon. Radon is mortally wounded. Godzilla returns to the sea. The egg hatches and turns out to be a baby godzilla. Godzilla is attracted to the hiding spot of the baby. Mecha Godzilla battles Godzilla and nearly wins untill a malfunction causes it to lose. Godzilla attacks a city where the baby is held. He turns away when he no longer hears the cry of the baby. Mecha Godzilla is repaired and a new plan of attack is created. Garuda is combined with Mecha-G by attaching to its back to become 'Super Mecha Godzilla'. The baby becomes bait for Godzilla. Radon hears the cry of the baby and becomes 'Fire Rodan'. He comes for the baby and Mecha Godzilla mortally wounds him. Godzilla appears and fights Mecha Godzilla. Garuda combines with Mecha-G to become Super Mecha Godzilla. They put the plan into effect and they actually kill Godzilla. Fire Rodan tries to retaliate and regain baby godzilla but is shot down. He lands on Godzilla and transfers his energy into Godzilla. Godzilla is revived and he has a new, more powerful breath which he uses to destroy Super Mecha Godzilla.
1994- A new giant robot named M.O.G.E.R.A. is created to destroy Godzilla. A space born clone of Godzilla appears on space radar and Mogera is sent to intercept it. It fails and Space Godzilla proceeds to Earth. Godzilla's son, Little Godzilla has grown to around 30 meters. Godzilla meets up with Space Godzilla on an island and Space Godzilla puts little Godzilla into an underground prison. Godzilla fails to stop SpaceG and SpaceG leaves the island. Mogera is repaired and sent out to stop SpaceG. After a small attack on Godzilla, Mogera returns to destroy SpaceG. Space Godzilla is using a large tower to get its energy from space. Godzilla shows up and a three way battle begins. Mogera destroys the tower and Godzilla ends up destroying Space Godzilla with his spiral fire breath. Space Godzilla blows up and Mogera is taken with it. Little Godzilla is released.
1996- Through a terrible turn of events, Godzilla now has glowing red patches all over his body and is on the verge of an explosion that could wipe the entire earth from existence. His explosion is stopped by the Super X III. A new breed of creatures created by the Oxygen Destroyer over 40 years ago, attacks a building in Tokyo. They become larger and attack Godzilla. Godzilla manages to drive them off and they combine into one flying creature. Godzilla's son has become even bigger, around 65 meters. Godzilla Jr. fights Destroyah while he's in flying form. Godzilla junior manages to win and Destroyah is no where to be seen. Godzilla and G-Jr are about to meet up when Destroyah interveins and breaks them up. Destroyah is now in his final and most terrible form. Godzilla Jr is killed by destroyah and now he attacks Godzilla. Godzilla gives him a whoopin and Destroyah is shot dead by the military. Godzilla starts to melt and the miliatary uses their freezing weapons on him. They have no effect and he continues to melt until he's just a giant radioactive blob. Suddenly all the radiation in the area is being sucked up...by HIS son...

100's of years ago: 3 Great Guardian Monsters emerge: Baragon of the land, Mothra of the Sea, and Ghidorah of the Sky. These Monsters are somehow subdued and imprisoned. They are held in place by the three sacred Yamato Stones, and if the stones are moved, the Guardian Monsters will rise again to defend Japan from any threats.
1941-1945: American and Japanese soldiers slaughter each other in that particular theater of World War II. Once the war had ended, the souls of all those killed in the war wander, looking for a body in which to manifest themselves.
1954: A nuclear bomb test creates a 60-meter tall mutant. During the mutation, the souls, angered by the lack of respect the world has shown them, enter the beast, causing it to become violent and hateful towards humans. The mutant begins attacking ships, and destroys a village on Ogasawara Island. The islanders believe that the monster is Gojira, a sort of monster-god to them. The name Gojira stuck, although the rest of the world mistranslated it as Godzilla. His reputation as a monster is increased when he devastates Tokyo. The JSDF claims that it fought off Gojira and killed it, but the top brass know that it was a secret weapon called the Oxygen Destroyer that finished of the monster.
1998: A similar mutant attacks New York City, but the US military kills it. The Amercians believe it was Godzilla, but according to the Japanese, "it wasn't really."
2002: Over the past decades, Gojira has regenerated. The youth of Japan have become rebellious and violent. Their disrespect to the war and those who died fighting have again enraged the collective souls, and Gojira awakens once again.
By several strange coincidences (or are they?), the three Yamato Stones are removed. One by one, the Guardian Monsters awaken.
One by one, the Guardian Monsters try to defeat Gojira, but one by one, they are all killed. Gojira is finally destroyed when he swallos a submersible armed with special drill-torpedoes. One drills a hole in his neck, which prevents him from firing his nuclear ray. The reaction somehow causes Gojira to explode. However, his heart is seen still beating, so there is still the possibility of Gojira returning.
